Here is some commonly asked questions regarding the Roster pages here on the site.

Q: What is this "Add To database" link, and what does it do?
A: The database link adds the character in our database, Reason being that, while most of the roster pages is dynamic fetching from MyUO you will need to add the char in the database in order to do the following things:

Assign the character to your Forum account, thus locking the char to you, so no others got access to edit the char, and to display who the owner of the char on the public pages.
To Add a Comment to the char to be displayed on the public pages.
To Add or edit Skills Displayed on the public pages.

Q: I cannot seem to Add my character to the database it tells me i am not authorized
A: The Security of the pages is secure since we dont want stranger able to mess with the system. Due to this, People are required to Register on the Forum and get appropriate access on the forum (being added to a group) in order to have access to the admin pages, this authorization is given manually and individually by Stephen or Gil only. So contact one of those after registering on forum, Ingame or ICQ.

Q: I See 3 boxes per skill, must i fill all 3, and what do they mean?
A: The 3 skill bokses are to better get a sense of where you are going with these skills and what you skills is with gear. the 3 boxes means the following

Value: This is the Current Real, Unmodified value of the skill.
/w Mod: This is the Current Modified Value of the skill. (like with jewelery or items) you can leave this blank if you dont use any modifications, in which case it will display the same number in the first two boxes on the public pages.
Goal: This is the end Goal of the skill, your ultimate goal that you want to have the skill. (this is with mods)

Q: My char doesnt look like i want to on the roster, is there a solution?

A: You can, Using the upload option on the char edit page, upload an image to replace your dynamicly generated one from a screenshot of your paperdoll. Important about this is that they have the excact right dimensions or the char will appear to be offset of the doll background on rosterpage.
to make the right dimensions you need to cut the image around the bottom border of the virtue symbol on doll, and left of the 2 scrolls on the left side but before the book.

Image Restrictions:.GIF Only, 20Kbyte in size, File will be automaticly renamed to include the charname and title of the char to fetch it automaticly when needed.

Q: I Don't See my question here, who should i ask for help?
A: The best ones to ask for help is Stephen or Gilmour, you can reach one of us ingame or on icq. You can also post any time on the forum and we will see it.

Q: I found a bug, should i submit it somewhere?
A: We would much appresiate if you found a bug, that you submitted it, you can do so on the forum.
